Athletic directors, coaches and managers:

Just fill out the Report a Score form below, including your event information in the Message box. Please provide as much information as possible, including the sport, the teams, the score, the date of the event, and any additional information. We ask that you provide a phone number in the event we need to contact you for more information.

You can still call in (724-471-1025) or fax (724-349-6842), if you wish. You can also use this form to report an upcoming sports-related event.
