“Another Wonderful Life: The Art of Mary Stewart” will focus on the drawings and cartoons that Mary did throughout her professional career. The pieces came from members of the Stewart family who were on hand for the opening of the exhibit. Jason Perry said that he and other family members brought items of Mary’s together and used the pictures to tell her story.
Not only was she known for her cartoons for magazines and political cartoons, she was also known for her portraits and other art work. Jim Perry said that it was interesting that all the Stewart children were artistic in their own ways.
The exhibit is on display until the end of August.
