Along with the incident on Warren Road yesterday, first responders were kept busy with several calls for service.
A second brush fire was reported at 2:25 on Bethel Church Road in Rayne Township. Clymer fire department was sent to the scene, with Marion Center fire crews sent to assist and Plumville firefighters were put on standby. Details on that fire have not been released yet.
At 2:17, Blairsville and Black Lick fire crews were sent out to Tidal Wave Car Wash on Old William Penn Highway as some utility lines had caught fire. Utility lines were also reported down on Prymak Road in Young Township at 5:04 PM. Iselin/West Lebanon and Coal Run/McIntyre fire departments were sent out for that call.
Brush Valley fire department was sent out at 8:07 last night for a vehicle accident on Route 259 in Brush Valley Township.
And at 2:57 this morning, Indiana firefighters were sent for a car fire at a home on North 3rd Street in Indiana Borough.
