WRESTLING
Indiana sends six wrestlers to the WPIAL AAA championships today and tomorrow at Canon-MacMillan High School. Tuscan Blystone, Nico Fanella, Jackson Higgins, Carter Putt, Hunter Williams, and Dominic Fanella will each be looking to finish in the top seven of their weight class to advance to next week’s AAA Western Regional.
HOCKEY
Indiana closed the regular season with a 5-2 loss to Avonworth last night. Jackson Albert and Gabe Nettleton scored the Indians’ goals.
At 9-7, Indiana finishes 7th out of 12 teams in the Varsity A Blue Division. They claim the final playoff spot. The schedule hasn’t yet been announced.
