9am: There have been reports of a glaze of ice on some sidewalks and other elevated surfaces across western PA with more widespread ice covering surfaces in the WV higher terrain.
Please use caution on these surfaces. Conditions should improve by noon.
Then a transition back to snow is expected by this evening and continuing through Sunday. Parts of Indiana County can expect up to six inches.
