While temperatures will get up into the upper 30s and we’ll see some rain, Indiana will see a three day stretch next week where temperatures won’t get above 15 degrees.
The National Weather Service has issued an extreme cold watch that will start late Sunday night and run until 10 AM Thursday. AccuWeather Meteorologist Jeff Nordeen said that not only will the air temperatures be extremely low, but the wind chill will make it feel even colder.
Nordeen advises people to not just bundle up when they go out, but people may consider keeping water circulating in the pipes during the overnight hours.
