Capital One says a technical issue with a third party vendor is impacting some of its customers. The issues started yesterday and have continued into today.
In a statement, Capital One said the issue is “temporarily impacting some account services, deposits, and pay processing” for portions of its consumer, small business and commercial bank. Capital One went to say they are actively working on resolving the issue and restoring services.
This comes days after a lawsuit was filed earlier this week accusing Capital One of cheating customers out of more than two-billion-dollars in interest.
