A Kent woman charged in connection with a DUI stop will be sentenced today in Indiana County Court.
According to court documents, 31-year-old Kaisey Dawn Mosiak pleaded guilty on April 22nd of this year to a charge of DUI-controlled substance for the incident on July 20th, 2020. When police pulled her over along Route 422, police found a vaping device containing suspected THC.
Other charges, including two counts of reckless endangerment, were not prosecuted as part of the deal.
