In a recent listing from Forbes magazine and market research firm Statista, First Commonwealth Bank was named one of the best banks in Pennsylvania.
Only 137 banks from across the country were recognized on the Forbes magazine best bank lists. The publication and Statista surveyed about 31,000 U.S. Residents, asking them about the institutions they have or had a checking or savings account with. Those surveyed were asked to judge the banks on customer service, financial advice, fee transparency, website use, on-location customer service and trust. Ratings on Google Reviews were also taken into consideration.
In a statement, First Commonwealth CEO and President Michael Price said they were honored with the ranking, saying they want to continue to help improve the financial lives of their customers. He added, “We’re so grateful to the customers who recognized our efforts and helped us achieve a spot on this exclusive listing of some truly great banking institutions”.
This followed the recognition of First Commonwealth as one of the World’s Best Banks by Forbes magazine.
