Multiple fire crews spent their night on the scene of a mobile home fire in North Mahoning Township.
Indiana County firefighters from Marion Center and Rossiter joined Jefferson County’s Perry Township and Punxsutawney’s Lindsey Company to battle the blaze along Groundhog Park Road, just south of the Indiana/Jefferson County line.

Marion Center firefighters shared on Facebook that the mobile home had multiple other units nearby. The structure was completely destroyed. Crews wrapped up their night’s work after 4 AM.
There was one person who lived in the home, who was able to get out safely. The identity of the homeowner was not released, but it was announced that the homeowner was receiving assistance from the American Red Cross.
