Delphine Bernazzoli, 98 of Blairsville, passed away May 14th at Excela Health in Latrobe.
She was born July 19, 1921 in Brenizer, PA, the daughter of the late Nicholas Massimino and Maria (Giordano) Massimino. Delphine was a member of the SS Simon & Jude Church, Blairsville, PA. She had worked at the former Goldfarbs clothing store, Blairsville, PA.
Delphine was a Charter Member of the Chestnut Ridge Ladies Golf Association, member of the BPOE #406 Ladies Auxiliary and former member of the Blairsville Italian Club Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing golf, cards and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandee Gordish & husband, Ron, OH; son, Alan “A.B.” Bernazzoli & Mary, Blairsville, PA; grandchildren: Joshua Bernazzoli & wife, Shelly, Latrobe, PA, Nick Gordish & wife, Lexie, FL, Maria Gordish, NJ, Dan Gordish & wife, Stefanie, CA and Zachary Bernazzoli, CA; great grandchildren: Sophia & Grady and also several Nieces & Nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlo “Sully” Bernazzoli in 2007 and her brothers: Steve, Jim & Joe Massimino.
Due to the circumstances in the world today, all services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the SS Simon & Jude Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
